Antone M. Mason Sr.
1950-2023

Antone Mason Sr., 72, of Kenosha, passed away on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, at Froedtert South-St. Catherine's Hospital.

Born July 13, 1950, in Kenosha, he was the loving son of Harold and Mamie (Dunn) Mason. As a youth, Antone was educated in the schools of Kenosha, and later in his young adulthood, married Geraldine Ross in 1973. Antone had a warm heart and was the light of Geraldine's life and remains to be so.

For many years, Antone was employed at AMC/Chrysler. He loved music, basketball, cooking out and cars, but most of all, Antone loved his family & friends.

Antone was preceded in death by his parents Harold and Mamie (Dunn) Mason, son, Antone (Marshall) Mason Jr., Granddaughter, Sarah Rose Brockman-Mason, brothers, Tyrone Mason, Gregory Mason and Orson Mason and sister, Sheila Cosby.

In his passing, Antone leaves in remembrance his beloved wife and best friend, Geraldine Mason; daughter, Shina Mason; sister, Veronica Mason-Williams; sister-in-law Gwen (Orson) Mason, grandchildren, Saqoiya (Darrell) King, Tommy Smith IV, Justice Smith, Adrian (Mason) Williams, as well as many great grandchildren, along with a host of family and friends.

A visitation for Antone will be held on Thursday April 6, 2023 at Kenosha Funeral Services and Crematory from 2:00PM-4:00PM.

Antone's family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to Dr. Rodrigo B. Mata, Froedtert South - St Catherine's staff, Kenosha Funeral Services and to all those who cared for Antone and supported him throughout his life. Special thanks go to those who fought so hard in the final moments, to retrieve Antone's life, when he no longer had the strength or ability to fight for his life on his own. Thank you so much for the compassion, concern and loving care that you showed to our dearly beloved one!
