Catherine Janet Ogren

1937-2023

Catherine Ogren, 85 of Kenosha passed away on July 1, 2023, at Froedtert South Pleasant Prairie surrounded by her loving family.

Catherine was born on September 18, 1937, in Kenosha, the daughter of the late Garret and Elizabeth (Devris) Stroobosscher. She was educated in the schools of Kenosha. Catherine married Jack Ogren on November 19, 1955, in Waukegan, IL. Her hobbies included puzzles, doing crossword puzzles, knitting but most of all she loved spending time with her friends and family, especially with her grandchildren.

Survivors include her husband, Jack Ogren of Kenosha; children, Steve Ogren of Kenosha, Eddie (Debra) Ogren of Twin Lakes, Darryl (DaleAnn) Ogren of Kenosha, Sue Ogren of Kenosha; also included are her grandchildren Gina, Eddie, Michael, Denise, Jeff, Jason, and Mikey and 5 great grandchildren. Catherine was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Nellie and her brother, Gerald.

A visitation will be held on Saturday July 8, 2023, at Kenosha Funeral Services from 2:00PM-4:00PM.
