Consuelo Juarez-Herrera

Consuelo Juarez-Herrera, 69, of Kenosha passed away on July 20, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.

Consuelo was born on August 4, 1954, in Mexico, the daughter of the late Luis and Arminda (Herrera) Juarez. She was educated in the schools of Mexico. Consuelo married Jorge Corvera in 1986 in Waukegan, IL. She worked in factories and retail for many years. Her hobbies included cooking, cleaning, baking, but most of all she loved spending time with her friends and family, especially with her grandchildren.

Survivors include her husband, Jorge Corvera of Kenosha; children, Salvador (Veronica) Ruiz of Kenosha, Nora Ruiz of Kenosha, Lizbeth Ruiz of Waukegan, IL, Luis Ruiz of Kenosha, Gladys Corvera of Kenosha, Maritza Corvera of Kenosha; brothers, Jose Guiterrez of Waukegan, IL, Vincente (Fabiola) Guiterrez of Mexico; sisters, Martha (Rueben) Navarro of Waukegan, IL, Patricia (Javier) Pedraza of Zion, IL; also included are 12 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Consuelo was preceded in death by her parents.

A visitation will be held at Kenosha Funeral Services on Friday July 26, 2024, from 6:00PM-8:00PM.
