David L. Grimes

1946-2023

David was born on June 9, 1946, in Morgan Town, WV, the son of the late James & Alice Grimes. He was educated in the schools of Kenosha. David served the United States Navy right out of high school, then worked at AMC/Chrysler for many years until his retirement. David was a proud home owner who often provided shelter to veterans and other members of the community who needed a place to stay. His hobbies included going to the Renaissance Faire, reading, spending time with friends & his cats, Sam & Midnight.

Survivors include his brother, James Grimes of Racine. David was preceded in death by his parents.

Services were private.
