Diane M. Bentkowski

1942-2021

Diane Bentkowski, 79, of Kenosha passed away on Thursday May 13, 2021 at Froedtert South-St. Catherine's on Thursday May 13, 2021.

Diane was born on March 10, 1942 in Kenosha the daughter of the late Edmund & Angeline (Zabinski) Ernst.  She was educated in the schools of Kenosha, graduating from St. Joe's.  She married Richard Bentkowski on April 1, 1967 in Kenosha.  Diane was a homemaker for many years.  She was a member of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church.  Her hobbies included praying the rosary, singing for the St. Catherine's Dialysis Center for patients & in the "Sweet Adeline's" a Women's Quartet, volunteering, and spending time with her family & friends, especially her grandchildren.

Survivors include her children, Sheryl Whitney of VA, Michael Bentkowski of Kenosha, Anthony Bentkowski of Kenosha; 5 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild.  Diane was preceded in death by her husband, Richard, and grandson, Matthew Whitney.

A visitation will be held on Monday May 24, 2021 at Kenosha Funeral Services from 4:00PM-6:00PM, with funeral services to follow at 6:00PM.  Burial Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
