Edward C. West

1964-2022

Edward C. West, 57, of Kenosha passed away unexpectedly at his home on Sunday February 6, 2022.

Edward was born at St. Catherine's Hospital in East Chicago, IN on November 25, 1964, to Edward & Mary West.  Eddie was the oldest of 3 children. He attended school in the East Chicago Public School System.  He graduated from Roosevelt H.S. in East Chicago.

Eddie loved sports, especially the Chicago Bears.  He loved to laugh and have fun with his family & friends around him.  He had a winning smile and loved to dress up.  Eddie had a unique style of his own, an endearing smile, and a loving personality.

Eddie leaves behind to celebrate his life and cherish his memories, mother, Mary L. Williams; sister, Kim; daughter, Candice West; aunt, Minnie Smith; uncle, Howard (Veronica) Hart; 3 very special brothers, Flomond Williams, Jerome Pompey, Vyngie Washington; and many nieces, nephews, relatives, & dear friends.  Eddie was preceded in death by his father, Edward West, sister, Falisa west, maternal grandparents, Lula & Howard Hart, and paternal grandparents, Alton & Leona West.

A celebration of life gathering will be held on Friday February 18, 2022 at Kenosha Funeral Services, 8226 Sheridan Rd., Kenosha, WI 53143, from 10:00AM-12:00PM, with memorial services to follow at 12:00 Noon.
