Florence Russo

1933-2024

Florence Russo, 90, of Kenosha passed away on Monday January 8, 2024, at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Florence was born on February 18, 1933, in Kenosha, the daughter of the late Fiore & Leondina (Gentile) Martino. She was educated in the schools of Kenosha and graduated from Mary D. Bradford in 1951. Florence married Rudolph Russo on April 22, 1971. She was employed as a nurse's aide at Brookside Care Center for many years. Florence was one of Jehovah's Witnesses and regularly attended the Kenosha Congregation. Her hobbies included spending much time being active with her family & friends.

Survivors include her children, Son, Anthony(Tony) Russo of Racine, Daughter, Kathleen (Ben) McGruder of Kenosha; Sister, Jean Knudson of OR; and a granddaughter, Daja Chambliss-Russo MN . Florence was preceded in death by her husband, Rudolph. A Brother, Palmer Martino, and Sister, Esther Falcone. She is survived by many Nieces and Nephews.
