Gina M. Pena

Gina Pena, 44, of Kenosha passed away on October 25, 2021, at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center of Milwaukee.

Gina was born on April 1, 1977, in Kenosha, the daughter of Louie Vargas and Deborah Travis. She was educated in the schools of Kenosha. Gina was employed at The Barbershop Kenosha North location but committed her life to being a Barber at many shops throughout Wisconsin and Texas. Her hobbies included cooking, baking, painting, reading, listening to music, watching movies, but most of all she loved spending time with her friends and family.

Survivors include her children, Matthew (Danielle) Pena of North Carolina, Michael Pena of Texas, Marissa Pena of Kenosha; mother, Deborah Travis of Milwaukee; brothers, Tim Soto of Milwaukee, Joseph (Jenne) Soto of Tennessee, Tony Vargas of Milwaukee; sister, Olivia (Aaron DePrez) Soto of La Grange. Gina was preceded in death by her father, Louie Vargas.

A memorial gathering will be held at Kenosha Funeral Services on Monday November 1, 2021, from 2:00-3:00PM with memorial services to follow immediately at 3:00PM.

Due to COVID, facemasks are required in the funeral home.
