Jack Carr Jr., 66, of Kenosha passed away on August 22, 2026, at Clairidge House with his wife by his side.

Jack was born on May 7, 1960, in Kenosha, the son of the late Jack and Anita (Conger) Carr Sr. He was educated in the schools of Kenosha. Jack married Tracy Anglin on October 2, 1998, in Lake County, IL. He worked in construction for many years. Jack was a member of the United States Army. His hobbies included tinkering with speakers, tools, working, but most of all he loved spending time with his friends and family, especially with his grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife, Tracy Carr of Kenosha; children, Lee Carr of MI, Teresa (Jake) Williams of MI, Ashley Anglin of Kenosha, Tyler Eddy of Kenosha, Shea Carr of Zion, IL; brothers, Dale Carr of IL, Larry Carr of WI, David Carr (Roxane Smith) of FL; sisters, Christina (William) Spears of Kenosha, Sandra (Neil) Cass of IL, Jerri Applin of WI; also included are his 12 grandchildren. Jack was preceded in death by his mother, Anita Boggs and father, Jack Carr Sr.; step-dad, Harold Boggs and his nephew, Ray Davis.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
