Jacqueline "Jackie" Waring, aged 63, of Kenosha, passed away on December 9, 2024. Born on December 1, 1961, Jackie was raised in Kenosha and was the beloved daughter of the late John and Mary (Davis) Meiers. She honorably served in the United States Army before dedicating over 30 years to her career as a registered nurse, spending the last 15 years on the vascular access team at Froedtert Milwaukee, where she was known as a fierce patient advocate.

Jackie had a passion for home improvement projects and enjoyed collecting rocks from her travels. She is survived by her children, Jessica Schmidt, James Schmidt Jr., and Samantha Waring; her brothers, Raymond Meiers and Robert Meiers; her sisters, Mary Lou Meiers, Mary Ann (Lloyd) Davis, Carol (Michael) Leibhan, and Norma (Steve) Buskirk; her granddaughters, Kelly Schmidt and Sophia Wiseman; and several nieces and nephews. Jackie was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers Charles and Edward, and her sister, Jane.

A memorial gathering will be held at Kenosha Funeral Services on Friday, December 27, 2024, from 4:00PM to 6:00PM, with memorial services to follow immediately at 6:00PM.
