Joan Ingram, 80, of Kenosha passed away on September 13, 2026, at Sheridan Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Joan was born on February 13, 1946, in Eau Claire, WI, the daughter of the late Daniel and Doris (Menard) Gunderson. She was educated in the schools of Eau Claire up to the age of 15 then she and her family moved Kenosha where she graduated from Bradford High School. Joan married Porter Ingram of Hollister, WI in Kenosha year of 1967 and later divorced. She worked for AMC/Chrysler for over 30 years. Her hobbies included spending time with her best friend, Cheryl, playing horseshoes, shopping with her grandchildren, cheering for the Green Bay Packers but most of all she loved being with her friends and family, especially with her children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Survivors include her children, Kelly Ingram of Kenosha, Shane (Kris Thrasher) Ingram of Pleasant Prairie; brother, Dan Gunderson of Pleasant Prairie; sisters, Barb Shilts of Kenosha, Marilyn Gunderson of Kenosha, and Diane Gunderson of Kenosha; also included are her grandchildren, Jayden, Jacob, and Shane Jr. Joan was preceded in death by her parents; ex-husband, Porter; grandson, Brian; sister, Rosemary of Bristol; brothers, Jim and Richard “Dick” Gunderson of Crandon.

A sincere thank you goes out to Bay of Sheridan Nursing Home for all their time and effort in caring for our dear mother for the past 2 plus years.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
