Larry G. Marsh

1951-2023

Larry Marsh, 72, of Bristol passed away on July 27, 2023, surrounded by his loving family.

Larry was born on June 3, 1951, in Portsmouth, VA, the son of the late Andrew and Jane (Fournier) Marsh. As a young man, he participated in Jr ROTC and achieved the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America. He graduated from Waukegan Township High School in 1969. Larry married LeAnne Langer on September 22, 1984, in Waukegan. He worked in the corrugated box business for the same company for 35 years. His hobbies included reading, cheering for the Chicago Bears and the Chicago Cubs but most of all he loved spending time with his friends and family, especially with his grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife, LeAnne Marsh of Bristol; children, Lindsay (Darnell Williams) Marsh of Rolling Meadows, IL, Shanna (Cody) Hoshaw of Green Bay, WI, Jameson (Chloe Dukes) Marsh of Chicago, IL; sister, Sharon Marsh of Waukegan, IL; and his beloved grandchildren, Zoe and Brooks Hoshaw. Larry was preceded in death by his parents and his twin brother, Jerry.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 19th at Kenosha Funeral Services.  The family will welcome friends and guests from 10 AM – 12 PM with a memorial service to begin at 12 PM.
