Latrice Myers Medrano

1984-2021

Latrice Myers-Medrano 36, of Kenosha passed away on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at her home.

Latrice was born on January 27, 1984 in Kenosha, the daughter of Joeann Mayhall & Ronald Myers. Latrice was educated in Kenosha a graduated of The Kenosha Military Academy. Latrice married Jesse Medrano in April 2012.  She was employed as a nursing assistant at area nursing homes and Aurora Medical Center , also working at Bradford High School throughout the years. Latrice was big on volunteering in the community (b&g club, Humane Society, Salvation Army to name a few). Latrice was full of love, life and energy. She enjoyed dancing, hiking, working out and spending time with her family but she enjoyed her children most of all. Latrice loved and cared for her family.

Latrice was taken way to early and will be sadly missed.

Survivors include her children, Illeana Escobar, Ailion Campos, Analyse Medrano; mother, Joeann Mayhall and her father, Ronald Myers; brothers, Antoine Simpson, Antonio Davidson, & sisters, Chiquita Myers, Whitney Myers, Alexis Myers, Aailiyah Edwards, Ailiyana Rodriguez; stepsisters, Ella, Rhonda, and Shamika; also included is her granddaughter, Justice Medrano.

Latrice was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Medrano, brothers; Javier Rodriguez and Ronald C. Myers Jr.; great cousin, Azire Hunter; nephew, Javin Delaf; grandparents, Dora May and Alex Mayhall, Ruthie A. and Johnny Myers; uncle, Gary Climmons and great uncle, Peewee Mayhall.

A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday January 19, 2021 at 10:00AM for immediate family only at Kenosha Funeral Services. Family and friends starting at 11:00AM-12:00PM.  Memorial Services following immediately at 12:00PM.
