Mary Assee
1937-2022

Mary Assee, 84, of Kenosha passed away Wednesday January 19, 2022 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

Mary was born on October 8, 1937 in Trinidad & Tobago, the daughter of the late Rita Meyers.  She was educated in the schools of Trinidad & Tobago.  She married Stanley Assee in 1973 in Trinidad & Tobago.  Mary was employed as a caretaker for many years at Sunset Nursing Home in Waukegan. Her hobbies included watching movies, dancing, listening to music, but most of all spending time with her family & friends.

Survivors include her sister-in-law, Cynthia McIntosh of Kenosha; nieces, Victoria (Emelio Rodriguez) Muma of Kenosha, Simone, Susan, Sonia, and Yvette; great nieces & nephews, Valentin, Yesenia, Carlos, Aliana.  Mary was preceded in death by her husband, and brothers, Anthony & John.

A visitation will be held on Friday January 28, 2022 at Kenosha Funeral Services from 4:00PM-6:00PM, with funeral services to follow.
