Nicholas Power Sr.

1940-2023

Nicholas Power Sr., 83, of Kenosha passed away on April 10, 2023, at Froedtert South Pleasant Prairie Hospital.

Nicholas was born on February 26, 1940, in Kilkenny, Ireland, the son of the late Peter and Mary (Fitzgerald) Power. He was educated in the schools of Ireland. Nicholas married Ann Fahy. Nicholas was a shoe designer for Rockport and Clarks for many years. He was a member of the B'ahi faith. His hobbies included reading, being an Irish sports fan but most of all he loved spending time with his friends and family especially his grandchildren.

Survivors include his children, Peter Power of Kenosha, Nicholas (Kyressa) Power Jr. of Alaska, Glen Power of Kilkenny, Ireland; brother, Dom Power of Greece; sisters, Mary of Ireland, Celia of England; also included are his 6 grandchildren. Nicholas was preceded in death by his parents and his wife.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
