Patrick David Joseph Metzger

1960-2025

Patrick Metzger, 64, of Pleasant Prairie passed away on Tuesday March 4, 2025, at his home unexpectedly.

Patrick was born on October 23, 1960, in Kenosha, the son of the late William & Elizabeth (Deignan) Metzger.  He was educated in the schools of Kenosha, attending Tremper H.S.  Patrick married Mary Nortunen on September 10, 1994, and they later divorced.  Patrick was owner/operator of Pat's Roofing & Gutters for almost 40 years.  His hobbies included hunting & fishing, golfing, casino trips, traveling, snowmobiling, cheering for the Bears, but most of all spending time with family & friends.

Survivors include his children, David Metzger of Kenosha, Jennifer (David Watson) Lawler of Kenosha, Brett (Kim) Metzger of KY, Dawn Rushing of Milwaukee, Benjamin Metzger of Pleasant Prairie; sisters, Sheila Nurdin, Cathy (Sylvester) Hill both of Kenosha; ex-wife, Mary (Benjamin Moon) Nortunen of Pleasant Prairie; best friends, Geno Prickett and Dave Bittis; 9 grandchildren, Taylor Lawler, Madison Lawler, Chase Lachman, Brett Metzger Jr., Knox Metzger, Penn Metzger, Jaylah Rushing, Jerrimyah Rushing, Rashaud Brantley; and his beloved pets, Chloe & Louie.  Patrick was preceded in death by his pets, Patches & Bandit.

A visitation will be held on Friday March 21, 2025, at Kenosha Funeral Services from 10:00AM-12:00PM,  with funeral services to follow at 12:00PM.  Burial All Saints Cemetery.
