Rita M. Wilson

1928-2024

Rita Wilson, 95, of Kenosha passed away on Wednesday September 18, 2024, at her son's home surrounded by her loving family.

Rita was born on December 27, 1928, in Kenosha, the daughter of the late William & Loretta (Harbaugh) Ball. She was educated in the schools of Kenosha. Rita married Vern Wilson on March 10, 1951, in Kenosha. She was a member of the Old St. Casimir Church, currently attending St. Elizabeth. Her hobbies included spending time with her family & friends, especially her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and her beloved pets.

Survivors include her children, Janice Marks of CA, James Wilson of Kenosha, Debbie (Mike) Hardman of Oconomowoc, Teri (Martin) LeMay of Kenosha, Karen Wilson of AZ; brother, Robert Ball of FL; grandchildren, Steve (Tarea) Marks, Chris Marks, Nick Wilson, Michael (Katie) Puntillo; and great grandchildren, Sammy Wilson, Justin & Andrew Marks and Gennaro Vern Puntillo.  Rita was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Vern, brother, William Ball, sister, Ruth Kauzrich and her nephew, Ronny Kauzrich.

A vitiation will be held on Tuesday September 24, 2024, at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, 714-49th St, Kenosha, WI 53143, from 9:00AM-10:00AM, with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 10:00AM. Entombment Sunset Ridge Memorial Park.
