Robert John Zemko

1955-2021

Robert Zemko, 66, of Kenosha passed away on Sunday May 16, 2021 at Froedtert Pleasant Prairie Hospital surrounded by his loving family.

Robert was born on April 10, 1955 in Chicago, IL, the son of the late Stephen and Emilia (Lubinicki) Zemko.  He received his associates degree in business at Elmhurst College.  Robert was employed in the accounting department at Ben Franklin for many years.  Robert married Dawn Maionchi on August 26, 1978 at Saint Vincent Church in River Forest, IL.    His hobbies included watching TV, eating, taking cruises but most of all he loved spending time with his friends and family, especially his grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife, Dawn Zemko of Kenosha; children, Sharon (Kevin) Whyte of Kenosha, David (Melissa Serpa) Zemko of Ridgecrest, CA; also included are his 7 grandchildren, Kyle, Anthony, Andrew, Odin, Kane, Zach and Sophie.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Steve.

A visitation will be held at Kenosha Funeral Services on Wednesday May 19, 2021 from 2:00-3:00PM with funeral services to follow immediately at 3:00PM.

Facemasks are required in the funeral home.
