Rolf U. Ermert

1941-2025

Rolf Ermert, 84, of Kenosha passed away on July 8, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.

Rolf was born on April 12, 1941, in Biersdorf, Germany the son of the late Erich and Hertha (Haubrich) Ermert. He immigrated to America in 1963 and married Heide Meyer, also from Biersdorf, on March 21, 1964, in Kenosha. He was the owner of Feld Body Shop for 36 years, retiring in 2018. His hobbies included golfing, soccer, membership in the German Club and singing, being a founding member of the German Male Chorus MGV Harmonia. Most of all he loved spending time with his friends and family including his grandchild.

Survivors include his wife, Heide Ermert of Kenosha; children, Jeffrey (Ataya) Ermert of Northern Virginia, Kevin (Joy) Ermert of Kenosha and his grand-daughter, Maytanee (Mark) Campbell of Nashville. Rolf was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers, Wolfgang and Joachim.
