Rose Marie Weber

1936-2023

Rose Weber, 86, of Kenosha passed away on April 9, 2023, at Aurora Medical Center of Kenosha.

Rose was born on May 1, 1936, in Morlen, Germany, the daughter of the late Reichwald and Gladys (Schilling) Weyand. In 1947 Rose, along with her sister Pamela, brother Richard and mother Gladys, emigrated to Kenosha from Germany; graduating from Bradford High School. Rose married Robert Weber Sr. on March 12, 1955, in Kenosha and later divorced. She was employed as an executive secretary for Eaton Automotive & Appliance Controls for many years. Her hobbies included knitting, crocheting, reading, but most of all she loved spending time with her friends and family.

Survivors include her children, Cynthia, Pamela & Robert Weber; brother, Richard (Karen) Weyand; niece, Michelle (Eric) Kortbein; nephew, Patrick (Christine) Weyand; grandson, Christopher (Katie) Weber; also included are 2 great-nieces and a great nephew. Rose was preceded in death by her parents; ex-husband, Robert Weber; sister, Pamela Claeys and her half-sister, Linda Weyand.

A celebration of her life will be held at the Kenosha County, Petrifying Springs County Park, Pavilion #4 (5555 7th St., Kenosha, WI 53144) on Thursday, June 8, 2023, at 3PM. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made on her behalf to St Jude Children's Research hospital https://raise.stjude.org/fundraiser/4693491 .
