Scott David Rouse
November 16, 1973 - August 4, 2026
Scott Rouse passed away on August 4, 2026, at Froedtert South Pleasant Prairie Hospital.
Scott was born on November 16, 1973, in Kenosha, Wisconsin, the son of the late Arnold and Barbara (Rogers) Rouse. He was educated in the schools of Kenosha, graduating from Shoreland Lutheran High School. Scott married Tracy Watts on October 6, 2001, in Kenosha.
For many years, Scott worked as a dedicated concrete truck driver for Meyer Construction and Ozinga. He was a faithful member of New Life Lutheran Church in Somers. He was a deeply caring person and a great friend who would help out anyone that needed it. An avid outdoorsman, Scott looked forward to every chance he got to go fishing and hunting with his children. He was happiest when spending a sunny afternoon barbequing for his loved ones or crafting his signature custom pizzas from scratch for family movie nights and sports games. A passionate fan of Chicago sports, he rarely missed a chance to cheer on the Bears, Cubs, Bulls, and Blackhawks. Above all else, Scott cherished the simple moments spent laughing with his family and friends, especially his beloved grandchildren.
Survivors include his children, Sierra Hale (Joshua Geneman) of Rice Lake, Jacob Erickson of Tomah, Nathan (Krystal) Hale of Kenosha, Tonya (Zachary) Litz of Kenosha, Jordan (Ben) Ernst of Kenosha, and Wyatt Rouse of Kenosha; his sisters, Jeannie Rouse of Pennsylvania and Dawn Delap of Kenosha; and his grandchildren, James Stanley, Eva Stanley, Fay Stanley, Damond Litz, and two more on the way, Harry and Paisley.
Scott was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Bunny Rouse.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at the New Life Church – Somers Campus, 1520 Green Bay Road, Kenosha, WI 53144.
