Steven George McCormick

1940-2022

Steven McCormick, 82, of Kenosha passed away on November 10, 2022, at Froedtert South Pleasant Prairie Hospital surrounded by his loving family.

Steven was born on April 15, 1940, in Kenosha, the son of the late Louis and Elizabeth (Riske) McCormick.  He was educated in the schools of Kenosha. Steven married Marjorie McFarlane on July 27, 1963, at Grace Lutheran Church in Kenosha. Steven worked as a grounds man for Kenosha Unified Schools for many years. He was a member of the United States Army. His hobbies included fishing, hunting, strolling through the woods hanging out with "the guys" and having breakfast with "the guys", but most of all he loved spending time with his friends and family especially his grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife, Marjorie McCormick of Kenosha; children, Melissa Myres of Fort Walton Beach, FL and Daniel McCormick of Kenosha; also included are his grandchildren, Lisa, Steven, Christopher, Michael, Conner and his great grandchildren, Hallie, Layla, and Norah. Steven was preceded in death by his parents.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
