William Frazier

William Frazier, 58, of Kenosha, passed away on September 22, 2026, at Froedtert South Pleasant Prairie Hospital.

William “Billy Bob” was born on March 7, 1968, in Richmond, CA. William was the son of the late William and Vivian E. (Brown) Frazier. He was educated in the Albuquerque, NM, school system. William married Jessica Chavira, then later divorced; he then married Roshonda Sewell on February 2, 2019, in Chicago, IL. William worked as a cook for various restaurants for many years. His hobbies included cooking and cheering for the Dallas Cowboys, but most of all he loved spending time with his friends and family, especially with his grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife, Roshonda Frazier of Kenosha; brothers, Dale Williams of NM, Dwight Bell of NM, Quinn Williams of NM, and Curtis Frazier of CA; sister, Candi Townsend of AZ; and daughters, Jazzarae and A’lissa Frazier of AZ. He is also survived by his ex-wife, Jessica Chivara of AZ; and his grandchildren, King, Kashius, Dometrius, and Jayceon. William was preceded in death by his parents, a nephew, cousins, and siblings.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
