William John Naekrsz

1948-2025

William Naekrsz, 77, of Kenosha passed away on December 19, 2025, at Hospice House – Pleasant Prairie.

William was born on October 12, 1948, in Kenosha, the son of the late William E. and Marian (Wendorf) Naekrsz. He was educated in the schools of Kenosha graduating from Bradford High School. William married Linda Naekrsz whom he had 3 children with. Linda and William parted ways and married Teresa Moeller in 1992 in Kenosha. He worked for OMC/Johnson Motors for many years. William was a member of the United States Army and was a lifetime member of Kenosha Bowman. His hobbies included bow-making, archery, fishing, hunting, and camping, but most of all he loved spending time with his friends and family, especially with his grandchildren.

Survivors include his children, Heather Naekrsz of IN, Matthew (Misty) Naekrsz of Kenosha, David (Tonya) Naekrsz of WI; grandchildren, Matthew, Mason & Taylin Naekrsz and Elijah Parker; also included is his great-granddaughter, Mia Naekrsz. William was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Teresa; brother, Gerald and his sister Kathy.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
