Windsor D. Rasmussen

Windsor Rasmussen, 87, of Kenosha passed away on Thursday August 20, 2026, at Zilber Family Hospice in Wauwatosa.

Windsor was born on November 16, 1938, in Racine, the son of the late Einer & Ruth (Link) Rasmussen. He was educated in the schools of Racine. Windsor married Joyce Travis on July 23, 1960, in Kenosha. He was a member of the Army Reserves & National Guard. Windsor was employed as a self-employed flooring contractor for many years. He was a member of the Kingdom Hall. His hobbies included playing Golf.

Survivors include his wife, Joyce Rasmusssen of Kenosha. Windsor was preceded in death by his parents and siblings.
