Arvin S. Burow

1954-2025

Arvin Burow, 71, of Kenosha passed away on May 16, 2025, at Crossroads Care Center.

Arvin was born on January 14, 1954, in Belvidere, IL the son of Millard and Evalyn (Thompson) Burow. He was educated in the schools of Marengo, IL; Harvard, IL and McHenry County. Arvin was self-employed as a handyman/mechanic for many years. His hobbies included fishing, woodworking, and tinkering around in his workshop. He followed his own path throughout his life and at the beat of his own drum. He could create and repair anything with spare parts and a pile of nuts and bolts. He always cherished his family, friends and many acquaintances.

Survivors include his mother, Evalyn Burow of Marengo, IL; brother, Daniel Burow of Marengo, IL; sister, Theresa (John) Udstuen of Stoughton, WI; and many other family members and friends. Arvin was preceded in death by his father and his brother, Gary.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
