Charles Powers
1943-2023

Charles Powers, 80, of Kenosha passed away on June 28, 2023, surrounded by his loving family.

Charles was born on January 17, 1943, in Kentucky, the son of the late Ellen Powers. He was educated in the schools of Tennessee. Charles married Helene Morel on July 4, 1964, in Rhode Island. He was employed as an electrical repair man for AMC/Chrysler for many years. Charles was a member of the United States Navy. His hobbies included NASCAR, cheering for the Chicago Bears but most of all he loved spending time with his friends and family, especially with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Charles also loved spending time in the backyard with his dog Sparky.

Survivors include his wife, Helene Powers of Kenosha; children, Michelle Powers, Denise (Phil) Pierson, Charles Powers all of Kenosha; brothers, Gary and Ricky ; sisters, Linda, Glenda , Leigh
Ann, and Wilma.  Included are his 3 grandchildren Brittany (Scott) Metcalf; Katrina (Fred) Seewald and Connor Pierson, and 2 great-grandchildren Makayla and Bradley.  Charles was preceded in death by his mom and his sister, Wilma.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
