Cristina Gonzales

1941-2024

Cristina Gonzales, 82, of Kenosha passed away on June 10, 2024, at Froedtert South Pleasant Prairie Hospital surrounded by her loving family.

Cristina was born on July 25, 1941, in Texas, the daughter of the late Brijido and Herminia (Alaniz) Quintanilla. She was educated in the schools of Texas. Cristina married Tomas Gonzales Sr. in 1957 in Texas. Her hobbies included cooking, dancing, and enjoyed her time with her dog, Emily, but most of all she loved spending time with her friends and family, especially with her grandchildren.

Survivors include her children, Tomas (Maria) Gonzales Jr. of Milwaukee, Antonio Gonzales of Kenosha, Rolando Gonzales of Kenosha, Leo Gonzales of Kenosha, Chriselda Estrada of Kenosha; brother, Benny (Yolanda) Quintanilla of TX; sister, chencha (Juan) Reina of TX; also included are 25 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Cristina was preceded in death by her parents; husband; daughter, Maria; sisters, Santos & Josie and her brothers, Beto & Gavino.

A visitation will be held at Kenosha Funeral Services on Friday June 21, 2024, from 10:00AM-12:00PM with funeral services to follow immediately at 12:00PM. Burial at Green Ridge Cemetery.
