David B. Wienke

1948-2025

David Wienke, 77, of Kenosha passed away on November 21, 2025, at Aurora St. Lukes Medical Center of Milwaukee.

David was born on November 6, 1948, in Kenosha, the son of the late Vernon and Elizabeth (MacDonald) Wienke Sr. He was educated in the schools of Kenosha graduating from Tremper High School. David married Shirley Isengay on March 6, 1976, in Kenosha. He worked for Gateway Technical College as a janitor for many years. His hobbies included watching his son wrestling, bowling, cheering for the Indianapolis Colts, but most of all he loved spending time with his friends and family especially with his grandchildren.

Survivors include his children, Kimberly (Reese) L'Minggio of Kenosha, Jason (Tina) Wienke of Racine, Patrick Wienke of Kenosha and Cathy (Travis) White of Kenosha; also included are his 5 grandchildren. David was preceded in death by his wife; parents; brothers, Vernon Jr. & Bobby; sister, Kathleen and his grandchildren, Olivia & Sean.

A visitation will be held at Kenosha Funeral Services on Monday, December 15, 2025, from 10:00AM-12:00PM with funeral services to follow immediately at 12:00PM. Burial will be at Sunset Ridge Memorial Park.
