Erna L. Farnsworth

Erna Farnsworth, 80, passed away on March 29, 2024 at Aurora Medical Center in Mount Pleasant.

Erna was born on May 27, 1943 in Davenport, Iowa, the daughter of the late Francis and Alice (Richter) Essex.  She was educated in the schools of Davenport, Iowa. She married LeRoy Farnsworth on February 13, 1959 in Davenport.  Erna was employed at Morrelli's Deli for many years. Her hobbies included rooting for the Green Bay Packers, bowling, cooking & baking but most of all spending time with her many friends and family, especially her grandchildren.

Survivors include her husband Leroy Farnsworth of Kansasville, WI; children, David Farnsworth of CO, Barb Nielsen of Kenosha, Kevin Farnsworth of Milwaukee, Penny Jensen (Jim Erwin)  of Kansasville; brother, Gordy Essex of IA; 12 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren.  Erna was preceded in death by her brothers, Kenny, Ricky, and Jim.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
