Kathryn Jayne Zeimetz

1954-2021

Kathryn Zeimetz, 66 of Trevor, WI passed away on May 10, 2021 from her battle with cancer at her home surrounded by her loving family.

She was born in Richland Center, WI on August 7, 1954. She was the daughter of John and Rosemary (Sosinsky) Sinkule. She was educated at St. Marks Catholic School, Tremper, and the University of Parkside. She married Brett Zeimetz on May 27, 1989 in Kenosha, WI.  She was employed at Snap on Tools for 32 years before retiring in 2016. She worked as an International Industrial Sales Representative.

Kathy will be remembered for her love of her family and friends and her giving spirit to all who knew her.

She will be deeply missed by her husband, Brett Zeimetz; mother, Rosemary Sinkule; sisters, Ann (John) Wojtkiewicz and Mary Kennedy; in-laws, Sandy and Bill Zeimetz; brother-in-law, Dale Scott Zeimetz; niece, Amy (Garrett) Inglish; nephews, Ryan (Renee) Wojtkiewicz and Rory Zeimetz; great nieces & nephews; Lucas, Nora, Jax, Olivia, Parker, Payton. She is also survived by her special cousin Barb Reidle and many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, her grandparents and many aunts, uncles and other relatives.

Kathy's family would like to express their sincerest gratitude to the Aurora at Home hospice nurses and aides, especially Molly S., Sara H, and Kate, for the care, dignity and respect they gave to her. We would also like to express our deepest gratitude to Father Domenick Roscioli for giving Kathy her final earthly blessing as she enters eternal life. Kathy loved Father Roscioli and will be eternally grateful.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
