Lon Jack (Ha-Ha) Battersby Sr.

1954-2022

Lon Battersby Sr, 68, of Kenosha passed away on Tuesday December 6, 2022 at his home.

Lon was born on December 4, 1954 in Kenosha, the son of the late Walter & Betty Lou (Schilling) Battersby and was 1 of 6 siblings.  He was educated in the schools of Kenosha. He graduated from Bradford H.S in 1973.  Lon married Sharon Krome and has 2 children Lon Jack Battersby Jr. and Jason, they later divorced.  Lon later married Sandra Dibble.  He was employed for 25 years at AMC/Chrysler in Kenosha, WI and Toledo, OH.

His passion was riding his Harley and cheering for the Green Bay Packers and the Chicago Cubs. He was a member of the Sin City Riders Motorcycle Club.

Survivors include his son, Lon (Julie Cantrell) Battersby Jr., of FL; brother, Bruce (Jackie) Battersby of Kenosha; 5 grandchildren and nieces and nephews. He is also survived by many friends and Brothers of the Sin City Riders M.C.

Lon was preceded in death by his son, Jason, 4 siblings, Barbara, Dale, Phillip and Katheryn (Kitty) and wife, Sandra Dibble and his parents.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
