M. Adelle Wheeler

1927-2023

Adelle Wheeler, 96, of Kenosha passed away on December 9, 2023, at Cedarhurst of Kenosha surrounded by her loving family.

Adelle was born on April 29, 1927, in Oakland, CA, the daughter of the late Robert and Christine (Ward) Wallis. She was educated in the schools of OK and TX. Adelle married Walter Wheeler on May 16, 1954, in Denver, CO. She was a medical technologist for the science research field. Adelle was a member of St. Matthews Episcopal Church. Her hobbies included art, traveling, reading, cooking, sewing, knitting but most of all she loved spending time with her friends and family.

Survivors include her son, Riley Wheeler of Houston, TX; and her brother, Robert Lee Wallis of Los Angeles, CA. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and her children Linda & David.

A service will be held at St. Matthews Episcopal Church (5900-7th Ave., Kenosha, WI 53140) on Saturday December 16, 2023, at 10:00AM.
