Mary K. Schwarz (nee Spratt), age 90, late of Mokena, IL, passed away Friday October
4, 2024.

Former parishioner   of  St. Mary  Church  in  Mokena,  IL.   She  was a   member  of the
Frankfort, IL Women's Club. Mary helped fundraise for the American Cancer Society, as well as
St.   Mary   Church.   She   also   helped   organize   the   fashion   shows   for   St.   Mary   Church.   Mary
attended School of the Art Institute of Chicago. She was the former owner/operator of Weddings
& Whirls in Frankfort, IL.  Mary then went on to be secretary for her husband's business, Basic
Fire Protection. She enjoyed art and hosting parties for her family and friends. Most of all she
loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Beloved wife of  the late John Schwarz. Loving mother of Pamela Bobzin and Paula
Lindsley. Cherished grandmother of John Bobzin, Nicole (Noah) Hostert, and Shania Lindsley.
Cherished great-grandmother of Chloe. Caring sister of the late Patricia Dornisch. Dear daughter
of the late Patrick and Lillian Spratt. Kind aunt of several nieces and nephews.

Visitation,  Thursday,   October   10,   2024,   from   9:00   a.m.   until   time   of   Prayers  at   the
Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m.  at Vandenberg Funeral Home, 19604 S. Wolf Rd. Mokena,  IL
60448. Funeral Mass, Thursday, October 10, 2024, at 11:30 a.m. at St. Mary Church, 19515
115th Ave. Mokena, IL 60448. Interment will follow at St. Mary Cemetery in Evergreen Park, IL.
