May Schwaiger, 100, of Kenosha passed away on Saturday October 16, 2021, at The Bay at Sheridan.

May was born on May 1, 1921, in Kenosha, the daughter of the late Edward & Marie (Eichler) Otto. She was educated in the schools of Kenosha. May married Leo Schwaiger on August 19, 1944, in Kenosha. She was a homemaker for many years. May was a member of Friedens Lutheran Church.

Survivors include her daughter-in-law, Gail Schwaiger of Sparta; son-in-law, Robert Bohnen Sr. of Kenosha; 7 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren.

May was preceded in death by her husband, Leo, brothers, Jerome, Lawrence, sister, Lucille, son, Larry Schwaiger and her daughter, Diane Bohnen.

A visitation will be held at Kenosha Funeral Services on Wednesday October 27, 2021, from 12:00-2:00PM with funeral services to follow immediately after at 2:00PM.

Due to COVID, facemasks are required in the funeral home.
