Patricia A. Otka (Jan. 1, 1944 - April 25. 2026) age 82 passed away peacefully at the Kenosha Aurora Medical Center after a short hospice visit. Her husband, Robert, was by her side in her final moments.

Patricia (Pat) was born in Waukegan Il., the daughter of Peter and Alice (Iverson) Pahl. She attended the Gurnee Il. schools and was a 1962 graduate from Warren Township High School.

Pat held an office position at Johns Manville, Mfg. Co. after high school. She met the future love of her life (Bob) when he was stationed at Great Lakes Naval Base. They married on October 29th, 1966 at the Gurnee Community Church and remained together until her death.

Pat was content to serve mainly as a housekeeper and took an active role as a parent. She loved to roam the area antique shops and decorated her home with various collectables. She had a passion for handbags and jewelry. Pat went all-out when decorating the home for the holidays and the seasons of the year. Fall was her favorite.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents and brother Thomas. She is survived by her husband Robert, son Brian and significant other Christine Pietranek, granddaughter Jordan Lily and Jordan's mother Kate Pekelsma. She had a special relationship with her nephew Jeff Pahl and his children Rachel and Tommy.

Visitation will be held on June 6th between 1:00 and 3:00 PM followed by a memorial service at the Warren Cemetery and Funeral Home, 1475 N. Cemetery Rd., Gurnee Il.
