Patrick Gene Bowers, 74, known by many as Gene, a resident of Paddock Lake, Wisconsin, passed away on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at Froedtert-St. Catherine’s surrounded by his loving family.

Gene was born on August 18, 1951, in Ohio, the son of the late Floyd and Jeanne (York) Bowers.

He was educated in the schools of Illinois. He was a member of the U.S. Army. He was a self-employed carpenter for many years. His hobbies included fishing, cooking and baking, but most of all spending time with family & friends, especially his grandsons. He enjoyed the outdoors.

Survivors include his daughters, Kimberly (Jeffrey) Koehler of Kenosha, Victoria Grate of FL; brother, Robert Bowers of AZ; sister, Phyllis (Dennis) Tyree of AZ; grandchildren, Bradley (Carli) Koehler, Carter Koehler, Colin Koehler, and Payton Grate. Patrick was preceded in death by his son, Christopher, brother, Tom, and sister, Kathy.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
