Philip Raymond Arttus

1941-2023

Philip Arttus, 82, of Pleasant Prairie passed away on June 8, 2023, at Froedtert Pleasant Prairie Hospital.

Philip was born on February 5, 1941, in LaCrosse, the son of the late Roy and Bergetta (Zeigler) Arttus. He was educated in the schools of LaCrosse. Philip married Pauletta Vengrin on November 18, 1972, in Waukegan, IL. He was employed as an autoworker/stock handler for AMC/Chrysler for many years. Philip was a member of the United States Army. His hobbies included fishing, woodworking, cheering for the Green Bay Packers but most of all he loved spending time with his friends and family.

Survivors include his children, Jan (Mike) Woodbridge of WA, Alan Arttus of Kenosha, Eric (Gail Stebbins) Arttus of Kenosha; brother, Harlan Arttus of LaCrosse; sisters, Bonna, Kay, Sally; also included are his grandchildren, Arian, Via, Eyler Anderson. Philip was preceded in death by his parents, wife, his son Mark and his siblings.
