Stephen A. Behling Sr.

1957-2021

Stephen Behling Sr., 63, of Kenosha passed away on Friday July 2, 2021 at his home unexpectedly.

Stephen was born on July 26, 1957 in Norfolk, VA, the son of Richard & Janice (Gribble) Behling Sr.  He was educated in the schools of Kenosha, graduating from Tremper H.S.  Stephen married Marlene LaFayette on June 4, 1988 in Kenosha.   He was employed as a factory worker at Motorola & Sinterloy over the years.  Stephen was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church.  His hobbies included fishing, hunting in his younger years, was a great handyman, cheering for the Packers, he loved his dogs, but most of all spending time with his family & friends.

Survivors include his wife, Marlene Behling of Kenosha; children, Cynthia Olson of Kenosha, Troy (Kimber) Behling of Racine, Stephen (Kaylee) Behling Jr of Kenosha; mother, Janice Behling of Kenosha; brothers, David Behling of Kenosha, Phillip Behling of Kenosha, Garien (Diane) Behling of CO; sister, Brenda Wheeler of TX; and 10 grandchildren with 1 on the way.  Stephen was preceded in death by his father, and brother, Richard Jr.

A celebration of life gathering will take place on Friday July 9, 2021 at Kenosha Funeral Services from 3;30PM-5:30PM, with memorial services to follow at 5:30PM.  Burial Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
