Sylvia DeBoey

1955-2023

Sylvia DeBoey, 68, of Kenosha passed away unexpectedly at her home on Sunday October 15, 2023.

Sylvia was born on February 2, 1955, in Israel, the daughter of the late Mateos & Yervantuhi (Sanikian) Simonian. She was educated in the schools of Chicago. Sylvia was a homemaker for many years, also working as a hair stylist. Her hobbies included crocheting, cooking & baking, cheering for the Cubs, but most of all spending time with her family & friends.

Survivors include her son, Shawn (Tanya) DeBoey of Winthrop Harbor; sister, Anush Benham of Kenosha; grandchildren, Seth, Tristan, Loreli, & Gracelyn. Sylvia was preceded in death by her son, Lenny, and brother, John.
