Sylvia Rapp, 65, of Kenosha passed away on Sunday April 9, 2023 at Aurora Medical Center surrounded by her loving family.

Sylvia was born on March 15, 1958 in Texas, the daughter of the late Jesus & Herlinda (Fernandez) Sosa.  She was educated in the schools of TX.  Sylvia married William Rapp on July 12, 2006 in New York.  She was employed as a factory worker for many years.  Her hobbies included sewing, quilting, painting rocks, but most of all spending time with her family & friends, especially her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and cats.

Survivors include her husband, William Rapp of Kenosha; children, Jessica (Ryan) Blanco, Laura (Gil) Blanco, John (Lily) Blanco, Steven Blanco, and Krystal Rapp; three step-children Jason Cvengros, Jennifer Cvengros and Cinthia Cvengros, brother, Arnie (Mari) Sosa; 17 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.  Sylvia was preceded in death by her brothers, Jesse & Art, and sister, Loy.
